Every grade we supply
Nonpareil grades are sized by count per ounce: 18/20 (extra large), 20/22 (large) and 23/25 (medium), all suitable for raw packing. Caramel type is a slightly darker kernel suited to roasting and flavouring. Blanched almonds are available whole, sliced and finely ground.

Almonds are sourced from USA & Spain. We select each origin for the quality of its crop and the reliability of its supply.
Which grades of almonds are available?
We carry Non Pareil 18/20, 20/22 & 23/25, Caramel Type Supreme 20/22 & 23/25, Blanched Whole 23/25, Blanched Sliced, Extra Fine Ground Almonds. Tell us your application and we will recommend the right grade.
How are almonds packed?

Can I get a sample or specification sheet?

What is the minimum order for almonds?
