Grades & varieties

Every grade we supply

Natural grades are sized by count per ounce (for example 23/25). Blanched almonds are available whole, sliced and as extra fine for ingredient and bakery use.

Non Pareil Extra No.1

The benchmark Californian grade: smooth, flat, blemish-free kernels.

Independence Extra No.1

A reliable premium variety with consistent size and colour.

Carmel Type Supreme 23/25

Well-sized Carmel-type kernels for snacking and ingredient use.

Blanched Whole

Skin-removed whole kernels for a clean, pale presentation.

Blanched Sliced

Thin slices for bakery toppings and decoration.

Blanched Extra Fine

Finely milled blanched almonds for marzipan and fillings.
